Update

 

The fix did not make it into 31.22.0 and is now target for 31.100.0, the date of this update is yet to be confirmed but as soon as it is I will re-post.

I've been living with this bug for a YEAR now, and the fix was promised in the recent update. Now we are back to square one with no confirmed release date? Come on..

Yep me too, 3x times in the last 2 weeks, I've been having problems for a year and currently on 31.28.0.
Can someone actually confirm when this will be fixed instead of burrying your heads in the sand and hoping we will go away ???
Please !!!!! No reply from by since beginning of July, come on guys, what the heck is going on, I pay £22 pm for this trash !!!

Hi All,

Yes there is a fix coming for the UHD box hopefully by the end of this month, the software version to look out for is 31.106.0

The version is currently in Alpha trial, we are just making sure it is safe to give to customers.

I'm starting to believe that there is no fix and we are being fobbed off. There is no way it should take this long to fix a pretty critical fault.
