Software Version 31.106.0 is now rolling out, we are at 30% of UHD boxes that have taken the update, we should be at 100% by 05/11.
The issue on non-UHD boxes is still being investigated.
I would appreciate feedback on whether this has or has not resolved your issues.

I received brand new 4K recording box today, during setup process box froze at updating to latest software, can’t do factory reset as I can’t see anything displayed on screen. I have had endless problems with BT TV (lost orders) and haven’t even managed to use it yet. Also, I’m supposed to have BT TV APP EXTRA, that doesn’t work either - lousy service! I have spent at least 12 hrs on the phone over last couple of weeks with broad band and BT TV problems, furious!
