Hi Paddy thanks for calling earlier today. I have done a 'software reset' and a 'soft' box reset without deleting my recordings. This has appears to have fixed the issue. My BT player is now working as well as my BT sports channels. Looks like the Youview software update did a little bit more than just updating...
