Hi

Please please help.  Been having trouble for 3 weeks with BT Sport.

3 Weeks ago we updated our contract by having 3 months free of BT Sport HD

approx 3 weeks ago we couldnot and cannot get any BT Sport, it pixilates.

I have spent a large part of that 3 weeks on the telephone to BT, on chat to BT.  1 chat was 75 minutes, another 45 mins.  plus all the calls.  Always having to start at the beginning and go through everything.

We had an engineer 2 weeks ago, tried new hub, then back to our old one, tried new you view box then back to our old one, new ethernet wire

No Better

Last week we had Open Reach, checked everything outside, broadband speed, checked back all way down the line

He completely rewired the broadband wire coming in to the house

No Better

Engineer coming again to look at it

We are OAP's, don't understand a lot but I do try

Can you please please help.

When the engineer comes, do I show this to him

or

is to do with updating subscription

or is it to do with 3 months free BT HD?

IPC6023

Been trying to get this fixed for a month

Not been able to watch it 

Left hand at BT doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Phone calls and chats, some taking 2 at 75 minutes 1 @ 45 minutes plus lots of both phone calls and chats

Christmas day my son in law found BT Forum

I go intouch

JohnC2 took it over, said he would see that it was fixed

took over a week.  We had had 3 engineers out, we had 1 open reach, he renewed all outside wiring and into the house

But JohnC2 asked Darren to help

Darren rang, I switched on and left it on pixilating

Darren sorted it

John followed it up.  Those 2 were excellant, very helpfull.  I would like to really really thank them.  Thank You.

You helped me last week.

Problems again.  No one can help me.  Hopefully you can.

Today can't answer phone, too much loud crackling on line

BT Hub 5 keeps going orange

Been intouch with 2 people at BT, said they had fixed it

They haven't couldn't take a call just now.  It was an important one.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

It sounds like a fault on your line, have you reported the noisy phone line, as that is what`s causing your problem with the YouView connection?

 

Once the phone line has been mended, it should be fine again.
