Our Youview+ box (Humax DTRT2100) stopped recording TV programmes about a week ago. We don't get error messages, but nothing happens on the box when we press record, or try to schedule a recording.
Previous programmes we'd set to record were still on the "scheduled" screen, but haven't actually recorded anything.
Similar threads state that a factory reset is the way to cure it, but I only really want to use that as a last resort so we don't lose the recorded programmes (not a tragedy I know, but a bit of a pain 🙂 )
It's using the new interface. Manufacturer software 27.50.0. It has previously worked after it upgraded to the new interface. 65% free space.

It would be worth trying a maintenance mode reset optiion 4 (keeping recordings) options before resorting to a full factory reset.
Zulu17 - thanks for the advice, I gave that a try but unfortunately it didn't work.
Steve_M - that sounds like it might be something worth doing; how do I go about getting that sorted?
