Glad to find it's not just me.
I've been noticing it for about a week. It seems arbitrary to me ( though probably not to technically-minded people) which programmes record and which don't but cancelling the recording manually isn't an option for middle-of-the-night recordings.
What may be significant is that I have seen no reports of other makes and models of PVR having the same difficult recording programmes from this channel. Which discounts the theory that there is something fundamentally wrong or missing from the broadcast stream.
We have identified the cause of this issue and will apply a fix shortly.
Thanks for your continued patience.
The fix has been applied and will appear over the next 24 hours.
If you want to benefit form the fix ASAP, please unplug the network cable from the back of the set-top box, wait for the YVM102 error to be displayed and then plug the network cable back in.
There will be no changes to the software versions on the set-top box as a result of this change, but recordings should complete successfully once you have completed the steps above or waited 24 hours.
If you continue to experience issues please let us know.
Recording is working fine now, and there are some really interesting, entertaining programmes to watch on Sky Arts.
I'm really glad I started this thread - many thanks to all contributors - and to BT for the fix...
Thank you to BT for the Fix, and to the Thread Author too. Have also managed to find repeats of the one programme I really missed 😄
