Our recordings aren't playing. A few days ago the selected recording would play and then say it was finished even though there was an hour left of recording. If you exited it and went back in you could fast forward to where you watched it and it would play a bit more but then stop saying it was finished. Now it won't even play any of it.
Couple of questions.
Is this occurring on all your recordings across all channels ?
Are these Freeview or Subscription channels ?
Are you able to make new recordings ?
which Youview box do you have ?
I had a similar issue that was solved with a soft reboot. Press and hold the power button on the box and it will power down and reboot... Should be fine then
