Replace T4000

My T4000 seems to have gone into permanent sleep mode today. It says it's waking up but then keeps shutting down. Dear it's had it after three plus years. Am still in contract so will I get free replacement.

Thanks for any help

Well I got the replacement T4000, but do not have the bag to return the old unit. How do I get one.

Hi @david1982 I'm glad you got a replacement sorted, the returns bag is posted separately and should arrive in the next few days. If you don't have one by next week post back to let us know.

@NeilO I have started another thread inadvertently and @zulu17 has pointed out I should be using this one. Point is having received replacement T4000 on 9 December am still waiting for returns bag. Can you help. Thanks
