My T4000 seems to have gone into permanent sleep mode today. It says it's waking up but then keeps shutting down. Dear it's had it after three plus years. Am still in contract so will I get free replacement.

Back again. Had online chat with TV agent and replacement box coming in next few days .
It's probably the hardrive that's failed... Glad you got it sorted though

Well I got the replacement T4000, but do not have the bag to return the old unit. How do I get one.
