I need to return my old TV Box from BT. For 2 and a half months I've been trying to get a return label sent by BT. As yet I have not received one. I have until the 22nd November to return the old box otherwise BT will add £115 to my bill.
Like I have said, I have called BT maybe 5 -7 times regarding the label not being received and they order a new one but I never receive it.
Please can a mod/admin see to this so that I can return my equipment?
