Scheduled Recordings

Does anyone have a blank scheduled recordings screen when it should be showing all your programmed recordings?? 🤔

Hi @NigelB72 

Thanks for your post and welcome back!

Sorry that your scheduled recordings aren't showing.  Have a look at this link for steps on how to perform a factory reset keeping you recordings

(Just choose the box you're using and follow the steps).  Post back and let me know how you get on.

Did the reset and no joy so it's probably at server issue and will sort itself out... Stuff is still recording so no major issues... 👍

Will do @RobbieMac ... We're getting a UHD TV in a few days, Gemma has already sent me a UHD box due to some issues with Amazon Prime but I've just had a look on MyBT and can't see an option to upgrade to the UHD TV pack.. how do I do this?

This seems to be an increasingly more common problem, reported both here and over on the Youview forum.

I believe Youview are investigating the reasons for this.

They all came back over night so just a glitch from either Youview or BT servers

Just to add to this, both the BT TV app and the official YouView mobile app can still display the scheduled recordings list which is presumably downloaded from the STB so there is clearly an issue with the code in the box which renders the list since the list itself clearly exists and is valid.
