Scheduled recodings not recorded

All programmes scheduled to be recorded yesterday failed to record. This has happened on a number of occasions.

Failed recordings does seem to be a problem with the Humax YV box.

 

I've had a couple recently and there are reports over on the YV user community forum as well.

I have had this recently, too. Once for a single recording and last night for overlapping programmes! They all showed up as failed recordings.

I have the same problem. Most recordings fail. It's like the start signal isn't being received. I haven't done the "on and off again" thing yet, but I'm having to do that every few days anyway when the internet drops for even a second, (to be fair my old SkyHD box had to be turned on and off when the internet blipped. All my other devices cope fine, why not TV boxes?)

Yes Happens frequently many missed/failed recordings
