Hi All,
i’m looking for some help and advice. Our second YouView box has stopped working with the internet all of a sudden.
It is connected to our Homehub 6 through BT mini connector plugs.
For the past 19 months it has been working fine. On Thursday 6th or Friday 7th it stopped working.
i have tried everything to fix it. BT have been contacting me to take the new whole home Wi-fi solution with discs. However I have opted not to take this as there is no uplift in speed and everything was working fine.
Please can anyone help or advise

The obvious things that I can think of to try would be :-
. Re-pair the mini connectors
. Connect to Homehub directly with ethernet cable
. Perform a Maintenance Mode reset (obviously keeping recordings)
So have you tried of all these?
