I have a frustrating issue that has been present for as long as I have been with BT TV.
I will use NCIS as an example.
I select to Record the Latest Series of NCIS but the Box Records every Season on the same Channel, so if I select to Record Season 15 then it also Records Seasons 1, 2, 3 etc.
Is there no way to stop this behaviour and have the Box only Record the requested Season?

I understand your pain but unfortunately BT aren't in control of the id tags for recordings. These are handled by the broadcasters 😢
Is this FOX or FOX HD?
We can always tell them 🙂 works in most cases.
