Client has BT broadband and a Youview 4K box. As there is a complex AV setup in the property we are using a Draytek 2860 modem router to manage everything. There are no problems with general internet and the ADSL line connects directly into the router. Premium channels for Youview come through the internet and none of these work on the Youview box. Telephone support from BT has been utterly useless when asked what configuration changes we need to make in the Draytek to allow these channels to work for example opening a specific port? Would appreciate any guidance on this issue.
