We have a client who has BT Broadband and a 4K Youview box. As the property has a complex AV setup we are using a Draytek 2860 modem router to manage the network. There are no problems with the general internet and the incoming ADSL line connects directly into the Draytek. However as the premium channels such as BT Sport 4K come through the internet these are not working on the 4K Youview box. When calling BT Phone Support they were utterly useless. What configuration changes do I need to make for these channels to work properly. Are there any specific ports that need to be opened or other settings changed? Any assistance would be much appreciated.
