@Fairyness82 I hope you don't mind I've moved your thread to the Youview board as I presume this is a BT TV problem? Updates can take time but it should't get stuck like that, did it resume or is it still a problem?
@Neil0 thanks for moving it. I wasnt sure where i should post . No it didnt resume at all after 2 hours. So i had to resort to turning the box off at the mains to make it work again. So box is still not updated
