Some internet channels cannot be recorded

This is an unusual problem which I'm hoping someone here is aware of. For some unknown reason I can't set timed recordings for certain internet/multicast channels. Yet I'm able to for others. For example, the EPG is not letting me set recordings on GOLD or Comedy Central Extra, yet I can on Dave HD and BT Sport 4K. All the aerial/Freeview channels I appear to be able to set recordings fine.

Anybody Here aware of this problem, and if so, is there a solution? I've power cycled my Ultra HD box but it made no difference.

Hi @JSB1980 can you give a couple of examples  of those programmes in the EPG that you cannot set to record .. programme name and start time/date and channel

The problem appears to have gone away, when I tried recording from the same channels a half hour or so later it allowed me to with no restrictions. I'm assuming it was a brief glitch that thankfully isn't permanent, but I'll keep an eye on things and report back here if it happens again.
