Hi Guys,
Looking at some shows on demand on our BT Box using the "BT Player" and the picture quality is perfect but the sound is very muffled.
We don't have this issue on any other live channels or apps and only seems to be an issue with the "BT Player" part of our box. If we record the same show we don't have the issue unfortunately the show has been deleted by accident so need to us BT Player instead. Is it expected the sound would be worse quality on BT Player vs Recording it on our box or is there potentially a technical issue here we need some help resolving?
