A while back I received a letter saying I would be losing some channels so we moved to new BT TV with Now Entertainment. On the activation date which was the 18th October we looked at the tv guide and everything had gone except for the sport channels. 2 weeks later and everything is still the same. I have made several calls and been passed around numerous different people and still have no channels or a NOW Entertainment membership. One person even had me trying to log into the NOW app using my BT password which didn't seem right to me. I have never received anything in email about the NOW Entertainment package or any way to activate it.
