Waited in all day for Bt box to arrive yesterday and not turned up , it should be active from today. Is there a way of contacting BT to let them know? Looked at tracker and its still not out for delivery yet, so another day stuck in waiting.
I have emailed parcel force and asked them what's happening but it take 3 days to get reply. Put in a complaint at BT they are now looking into it. Don't mind it being late just want to be informed what's going on. Don't like paying for something we haven't got.
