Stuck on loading

Please please help M  ty box is showing Loading constantly on and can I reset to get a picture I have sound but because it’s covid I’m out of ideas

you might try a maintenance mode reset - this is something that can be tried prior to the loading of the Youview/BT software by invoking the maintenance mode menue . It is described at

There are various different levels of reset  modes 2 (factory reset keeping recordings) . mode  4 (interenet reset keeping recordings) are the ones to consider.
