Had problems with missing subscribed channels. Now fir a week. DavidM is dealing with the issue. I have tried to send screenshots but the files are too big.

They should be fixed now if you could kindly check the channels you expect to be working are indeed now working, that would be great!
My sky sports hd are now working thanks. I dont understand why in my subscribed channels. It says i have sky one etc. I cannot view these channels. Thanks for the help.
Good stuff glad to hear it, "Subscribed Channels" is more of a filter to see all the available channels you can subscribe to via BT, not necessarily channels you actually do subscribe to.
The filter separates freeview channels from BT channels.
@DarrenW I understood that SUBSCRIBED filter represented the subscribed channels and that the EXTRA filter represented the channels that are not on your subscription .
Has this changed ?
Extra shows extra services we have available that show PPV events for example.

That's misleading, wouldn't it be better to refer to them as Subscription Chnls as in channels that require a subscription rather than Subscribed Channels which, as you suggest makes it sound like channels you do actually subscribe to
@DarrenW I respectfully disagree and recommend that BT TV check with Youview as to the correct use of the guide filters.
There is a very clear distinction between SUBSCRIBED and SUBSCRIPTION . The filter is SUBSCRIBED .
