Subscription catch up

Hi,after having to do a factory reset lose recordings due to a locked out box(not amused!). I now find that the subscrition catch up is missing. I have done all the suggested resets of modem ,box, hub etc and checked the settings described in the help on here to no avail.

I can watch catch up on the TV everywhere app on my Iphone but its dissapeard on the youview.If I open the BT player and do a search the programs im after come up ,but say not included in my subscription.

I spent an hour talking to India for the last issues.Hopefully someone can help me out without having to go throught that again

After a factory reset the menu won't reappear until the 2nd app launch, I take it you've tried more than once? If so, PM me you account details and I'll fix it when I get home
