Subscription channels not linked to account

Lot's of phone calls to BT but no solution yet. We took out an Infinity package with BT TV and BT Sport. The fibre is now up and running but I get the same error message every time I open the BT Player App on Youview...you are not a BT TV customer. BT agents on the phone have tested the line and checked the account several times but can't find a problem and just keep passing the query onto other departments who don't call back. Anyone have a solution?
