TV guide - missing subscription channels

Recently moved and now reconnected. I have Now TV in the apps section but do not have Sky 1, Witness, Atlantic or Fox etc  listed in the guide so cannot view live or record.    I have re-tuned twice which shows 136 TV aerial and 13 subscription channels, but they are not appearing in the guide.  Can you help please.

Hi, I think I have done the software update however the message on the TV reads "Restarting your box. All done.  We're restarting your box so the updates can take effect"  The dots are scrolling through however it has been doing this for 20 minutes.  Is this normal?

It gets stuck sometimes. Give it 15 minutes and then reset it using the power switch at the back and check the update again.

Thanks, I can now see the channels in Guide however Parental Control is now on (it wasn't before) and I cannot remove it via the TV menus nor can I find it by logging into My BT.  Please could you  forward a link (or directions) to the exact page I need to go to.  Thanks
