Re: TV guide pop up

We, the customer, probably can't change back as there is no mechanism to downgrade but that doesn't mean that this monumental error can't be fixed in a future update

Re: TV guide pop up

My status on this site may be "Beginner" but I can asure everyone that I am not. I was one of the beta testers of the original box (I believe this was around 2006). Having had BT boxes for around 13 years I have seen the system evole through many stages. Some good, some not so good. I still think we should be given the option of being able to disable this ugly and un-needed info panel if required. Then those that like it can keep it. Those that dislike it can remove it. - Come on BT - please show that yoy actually listen to customer feedback.

Re: TV guide pop up

I have complained to bt and they are ringing me tomorrow, you should all do the same, I also think it is making remote control less responsive since, got a new remote off bt but that’s the same, anyone else have this issue
