TV re-contract and IPC 6023

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

 

I recently re-connected my YOUVIEW box after a period of no TV (building works at home).  Since reconnection there have been no internet channels.  The internet is fine, BT on demand is fine but there is just a blank screen on all internet channels and an IPC error code.

 

Spoken to BT on a number of occasions and they sdon't know ehat the issue is, we've updated the software but still no change.

 

Really greateful if anyone has any answers please!!!!!!

Sorry for the problems you're having watching your internet channels on your BT TV service.  I appreciate that you have been in contact with us through the voice channel and you're no further forward so we will pick this up and give you a hand from here.
