Talk Talk new channels - maybe coming to BT??

I noticed the article below and it appears to be deal with Netgem and says other ISPs could add them to their service.

BT  are a big believer in 'loose lips sink ships' though.

Seems to be nothing to do with BT TV boxes , seems to refer to Netgem  boxes and platforms.

I know that but as BT have IP channels would be nothing to stop them adding channels on in my theory

@zulu17 the Pro Box is Netgem I believe but I don't know if Talk Talk use Netgems own OS rather than Youview..

The Pro Box isn't Netgem - it's manufactured by Sagemcom and uses a new "YVOS" YouView operating system.
The old EE TV service was Netgem, but that was decommissioned years ago.
There are many channels out there on the internet - having them over IP doesn't instantly make them accessible on all boxes. It all depends how they're delivered, on whose network, and what agreements are in place.
