I have had three recent incidents, all following a power off/on, where I try to acces a recording and get a black screen with the line at the bottom showing a recording length of 0 seconds. All my recordings are listed and if I look at the information for a specific recording, it has the correct recording length. When this first occurred, it was late evening and I decided to call BT in the morning. When morning came round, I checked the box and all my recordings were magically restored. The only problem was that a recording I had started the previous evening when trying to find out what was wrong had failed.
On the subsequent two occasions, the system again restored my recordings overnight.
I have called and had a webchat with BT but they have no idea what is happening here.
Has anyone else suffered from this problem or know what is going on?
