At approximately 33 minutes into this episode the picture pixelates and freezes and cannot proceed. This happened in Episode 5 now Episode 13. Getting more than fed up with this having to wait days for it to be fixed - this is the third time I've reported a problem with this series. Can you make sure ALL of the episodes work! Really poor service!
I have an LG Smart TV and Samsung Smart PVR 3D blu ray player, neither seem to have a Netflix app but Blingbox which doesn't have 'The Killing'. However I do have an Xbox 360 and that has a Netflix app but requires Xbox Gold which I have to pay for. As I'm paying BT for 'unlimited' I prefer it if BT provided me with the service I am already paying for, but frustration may lead me to an Xbox Gold membership and Netflix as I've experienced three problems with 'The Killing' already and I'm only half way through Series 1 and that's the only TV or film that I've tried!
