I’m having this same sky email address issue where I can’t watch on other devices can you change my nowtv username and email please?

I'm also having the same issue. I also have a Sky email registered.
Hi @adamo, I'm really sorry you're unable to activate your NowTV apps, it's very likely due to the Sky email address so I've sent you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team. Please can you include an alternative email address in your reply and we'll be happy to help?
Hi, I am also having the same problem. I am trying to sign in to NowTv app and it doesn't recognise my sign in details or even my surname. I have a Gmail address, not a sky one like those above.
I am trying to watch through the app as my BT Box keeps losing the apps and guide at least once a night but tonight, every 10 mins. Very frustrating for a new customer! Broadband and WiFi working fine, just the TV with problems.
Can you please help me with either issue?

Can someone please sort my issues out. I've recieved a private message, provided additional details and am still waiting for the problems to be resolved. Really disappointing service.
