It can take a while for the Mods to pick up your case as they are taken in order of reporting. My own experience when dealing with the Mods has been nothing but positive. Once they pick up your report they take ownership of it and do everything in their power to get you sorted. They offer a fantastic service and worth waiting a little longer for resolution. Good luck.

NO LONGER ACTIVE ANYWHERE ON BT NOW I'VE CHANGED PROVIDER
