We do have the fix confirmed in a software release soon.
On another forum thread we had a discussion about how we could try to mitigate the issue.
This has not been tested but if you change the Youview box's Power Mode to "Always Ready" it may avoid the problem.
A fix is now being rolled out, softare version 31.106 has been rolled out to 30% of UHD users and will be 100% by 05/11.
I would appreicate feedback on whether this has or has not resolved your problems.
