UHD Max package

Hi sorry if this has come up before
I recently upgraded my tv to the Max package but I was sent the youview plus box. Should I have not got the UHD box?

@FC12 Thanks for posting. The Max HD package is for customers that can't get a fast enough speed for the UHD package which is called Max 4K.

What broadband speed do you get? If its below 44Mb then you can't take out the UHD package as it needs to be above this to carry the UHD channels.

I think I get about 40mb in my area which I guess is the reason. Thanks for confirming.

@FC12 Yeah that would mean that you can't get the UHD service at the moment sorry.
