Suggest If BT Support are not not able to assist you that you look to UK Play’s own support
I've done all the usual stuff, turning off and on, checking the system update etc. Nothing has fixed it. All the other apps work on the tv box. The UKTV app works on our iPad too. It's odd because it was working fine a few days ago.
When we try to start the app on the tv the 'loading' screen comes up, sits there for a bit and then disappears and we get kicked out back to the main programme screen.
I ran a factory reset as a few people advised and that has fixed it.
