Although not related to signal reception I have identified BBC4 HD as being one of the few channels that looks better on freesat than freeview. Most of the other HD channels look practically the same on my BT box as the old Humax Freesat.Probably priority is given to the main channels ?
Just an FYI - the freeview people told me that the opportunity for a them to sort out my aerial expired on 31st July, but they putting me through the "Safety Net Process" where it seems I may or may not get this fixed by them.
I have a Sky dish on my roof from years ago, and a cable from it still coming in to a bedroom, but I haven't had a sky box to use it since probably 2004. Does this still count as having Freesat? Ie. I could buy a freesat box and use it in one bedroom of the house...
