Hi so i am trying to upgrade my sub channels to hd. Trying to do it through the nowtv app on the box is £3 per month. I got an error message when trying to confirm. I then tried to add the HD bolt on on myBT app which is £5 per month.why are they two different prices? It failed too, saying i had no active phone line and to pick a broadband package. Which i do so found that message strange
Hi @Kevicr I'm really sorry that you're having issues adding the HD channels on MyBT. The BT HD Bolt-on includes the BT provided channels as well as the Now TV channels so that's why there's a price difference. The error message may mean the telephone number registered to your BT ID isn't associated or is wrong. The quickest way to get the BT ID details checked and fixed would be to have a live chat with the billing team. Post back and let me know how you get on.
