I'm not sure that's true. I have enabled Alexa and whilst she can find programmes such as Corrie or Assenders (which we never watch) when I ask her to move to a different channel she's stumped. 'Hmm! I don't seem to know that one' is her reply.
Now if you want to experience a great voice search experience try Sky Q. That system will do just about anything on voice, really top notch.
Not meant to change channel though. The feature was Search, which does work fine.
Can’t say I disagree with you. Other than testing the feature, I haven’t used it. But then this is true of so much automation. It’s there for the sake of being there.
