I have just had a replacement (non 4K) recordable TV box and the volume level seems very low. The TV is a new 4K Samsung and the acceptable listening level for normal TV is about 25/100 whereas for the new box its more like 60/100. This difference wasn't noticed with the replaced box. Is it likely there's a fault with the new box?

if you have linked you5 Youview box to your TV Then possibly your default YOuview box volume is too low typically they used to be set initially to about 80%. you could increase that to up to 100% by holding down the AD button on the Youview remote (bottom left of the numeric section) & using the volume control on the Youview remote to up the volume % to 100.
@sola_bristol If you turn up the volume to the maximum using your YouView remote but it's still low, it's probably because it was set low on your TV box when you paired your remote with your TV.
