Watching And Recording Sky Channels

I have got sky channels listed on my TV guide, listed under Now TV, but every time I try to record movies or shows it says they cannot be added to MyTv because they aren’t on On Demand yet. Is there anyway if recording these films without them being on On demand? Seems very silly otherwise to offer the service of watching them?...

This may seem like a silly question but it needs to be asked.... Do you subscribe to NowTV through BT?

it’s included in our package, so we have the channels on our guide, and then also the app.

Ok. Firstly make sure that you are trying to record the correct version of the channels, for example if you don't have the HD Boost make sure that you are setting the recording on the non HD channel. If you are doing that, run a software and app update. Then power cycle the box by switching it off for a few minutes using the power switch on the back.
