They are quite expensive AV specific disks I wouldn't bother. If you buy one from eBay then the chances are that someone had just stuck their old 1tb laptop drive in there.

I doubt BT will give you a 1TB one but worth a try?

 

I've actually gone back to using my old foxsat because I don't like the silly tiles.

If I remember correctly, when it was noticed some time ago that the 4k box had been reduced to 500GB, the question was asked and a Mod replied that in the event of a future failure boxes would be replaced like for like. I thought it was odd at the time because they can't carry an infinite stock of 1TB boxes.

Based on that thread @Kelvin_Harding you should have been sent a 1TB replacement.
