YOURVIEW BOX won't wake up

Help!

Please what do I do, my box keeps on going round and round the waking yo screen, however, it doesn't do much more... I have tried resetting it but it wont let me delete anything. si I cannot reset either. Do I need a new box?

Yes you probably do need a new box

Power the box down and power it back up in a quiet room, if you hear faint repetitive noises or clicks coming from inside the box then the hard drive is faulty

Yes, that's exactly it, I can hear a clicking repetitive noise. Thanks very much for your help. Off to get a new one soon.

PS - I cannot see where the thumbs up/down are.
