I constantly have this error code and have tried all the steps suggested on the website. What do I do next? I have no problems with broadband but power line adapters have no light on the data side. Thanks in advance

Thank you for this. I originally had a YVM105 error, this changed to a YVM102 error and despite trying all the instructions from BT (more than once!) I eventually found your reply on the BT Community forum. Why on earth BT cannot provide this simple solution in their advice is extremely disappointing. I will definitely be considering alternative providers to BT as soon as my contract is up. Your assistance following about an hour of frustration is very welcome and I applaud you. Thank you.
