YVM302 On HD channels cut out

Hi
I have a bt youview humax dtr-t2110/500g/bt/hs box and keep receiving the weak signal message on hd channels every few minutes. There appears to be nothing wrong with the picture and sound when this happens, but it does totally disrupt any recording of hd channels.

I’ve followed all of the reboot, retune steps. We’ve got a new Aeriel installed and boaster.
The signal strength is 99% and 100% quality on channel 101, so I don’t see why my box cuts out and shows the ymv302 message. I’ve seen similar posts but they have weak / poor signals.

Is there a fault with the box- can I turn off this error message. We’ve been watching and recording regular definition but I’m fed up with it.

The problem is still continuing.
I’ve called out at800 engineers twice as a mobile mast was interfering. My tv tuner is fine.
My Bt freeview box is not so I can only conclude that the timers / interference filters are not good enough.
Please can someone contact me about this. Thank you
