YVM607 error ?

Now getting this error YVM607 since the latest update 19/6/2018 I have unplugged hdmi cable and reconnected it. When I switch on TV from standby with BT box on hd channel eg BBC1 HD same message and have to switch off box to view channels.

When you are completing the form I'll need a few more details to make sure we can get it resolved as soon as possible. Include the make and model of TV, the software version on your Youview box and any other channels you get the error message on.
