My You View BT TV box has stopped working. Screen states 'No Signal' but the TV works on other sources. I have turned off/on and run the troubleshooter and diagnostics. I tried Chat online and phone but cant get through. Busy times etc.
How do I order a new YouView box? I wonder if I even can as the BT Shop seems to have discontinued sale of these items.
