My you view box will not switch on...it's completely dead! I was rebooting it as it had frozen and as so many times I've cured this by rebooting I switched off and tried to switch back on again.... no chance! Any ideas? Or is it beyond redemption?
Hi @Chrisann1, thanks not good, will it even let you do a factory reset? If not I think it's beyond redemption and a replacement will be needed and the quickest way to organise that will be through the helpdesk I can see the chat team are open this morning so I'd recommend trying them first. If you have a UHD 4k box they may need to organise an engineer visit.
