I turn the box on it gets to the LOADING PAGE but doesn't progress. Occasionally BT LOGO shows with 'WAKING UP', then returns to YOUVIEW page.
I've entered MAINTENANCE MODE, factory reset keeping records - same problem
SOFTWARE RESET and rebooted - same problem.
Broadband works fine, all connections in place.

Is this not a software issue? HD as in Harddrive (youview box with top panel, red blue purple light, switch on back)
Would factory reset + losing recordings aid the situation? Of course first instance I reset WITHOUT deleting recordings.
@CBauer you could try a factory reset but from experience it's a harddrive failure. Call 0800 800 150 and report it. It might take a while to get through though because they're a bit busy bat the moment
