YouView Box not working

My BT TV Box will not boot properly. After the Waking Up message it goes to You View, Please wait, then a "Use SMART mode message...." appears, then it says Loading. After that it goes to BT waking up again and the cycle continues.

I'm sorry for the problems you're having with your BT TV box.  Have a word with a support desk for assistance.  You can reach them on 0800 111 4567.

I spoke to the BT help desk earlier today and after testing it remotely the view was it had failed so a new box is winging its way to me now. Thanks, anyway.
